Business Office Director
Natalie Malone-Gistrap loves all seniors as though they were her own family members. Her favorite food is seafood, and her favorite colors are colors red, brown and gold. She loves to get her nails done, do arts and crafts, and travel. She has been with her spouse for five years, they have three sons. Her oldest son, Jonathan, is in the U.S. Navy, her son Nicholas is a senior in high school, and her youngest son, Noah, is in seventh grade and plays football for Watauga Middle.
Vibrant Life Director
Emma Fitz was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, and relocated to Texas in 2009. She has a passion for event planning and activity coordinating. She loves to see the joy it brings to others, especially the elderly. Emma sees her vision and thoroughly executes it. Emma loves her husband and son.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jackie Taylor is a native Texan with three children and two grandchildren. She has been in the senior living industry for 10 years. Her interest in senior living sparked while she was assisting her own parents find senior housing. As she is a nurse, most of her career has been as director of Care for assisted living communities in the area. Now she is helping other families with the challenges of obtaining senior living.
Culinary Services Director
Lex Webster was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, where he attended Lubbock High School and Texas Tech University. He has worked in the culinary industry for over 25 years, 10 years at colleges and universities in Texas and 12 years with two independent living communities in Lubbock. He is a longtime member of the West Texas chapter of the American Culinary Federation Chefs de Cuisine and previously served as president from 2015–2017.
His accolades include Contributor of the Year for the Texas Chef Association, Chef of the Year for the West Texas Chapter of the American Culinary Federation, TCA silver and bronze medals for statewide mystery basket culinary competitions, Master Chef Lubbock, and placed three times at the Lubbock Art Festival’s Golden Fork Culinary Competition.
His true passion is to positively impact the lives of seniors through exceptional, wholesome food. He is happily married to his wife, Jill, and has three beautiful children, Selene, Kelsey and Xavier.
